Skirting Science with Weston- super -Mare Club
July 14, 2017President Gillian attended a ‘Skirting Science’ day at Churchill School, Churchill Green on 29th June, 2017 along with members from the WsM club who organised the event. There were over 150 girls who attended the day from various schools in the area.
Many leading companies and female engineers held workshops including the one shown here demonstrating the art of making robots.

Bucket collection for the Genesis Trust
May 29, 2017Members of the club took it in turns to hold out a bucket to raise funds for the Genesis Trust charity at Prior Park Garden Centre on Saturday 27th May. Fortunately the weather held up and we got a very positive response from the public.

Another Inspirational Regional Meeting
March 26, 2017All South West and Channel Islands regional clubs were represented at our latest meeting in Taunton. We had some inspirational speakers including Clare Gollop who is the Strategic Knowledge and Insight Leader on Trafficking , Devon and Cornwall Police and 2 ladies who represent our organisation at the UN
